The toilet paper game

Three friends and I recently held a baby shower for our close friend and this was one of the games we played at her party.

There were fifteen guests at the baby shower. We purchased a roll of toilet paper. We actually had toilet paper that was custom made with the mom and dad’s name and the expected birth date of the baby. We gave her the rest of the toilet paper as a gag gift, although I don’t expect her to use it!

Of course, you can just use any plain old cheap toilet paper for this game. We asked each guest to tear off some of the toilet paper in an amount of their choosing. We did not tell the guests why they were tearing off pieces of toilet paper. We passes the roll around to each guest including our pregnant friend. Some people tore off very long pieces, others tore off shorter pieces- some even had one small square.

After everyone had their piece of paper, we asked them to see if it fit around our pregnant friend’s waist. The person who had the closest fit won the game. It was truly hilarious! Especially funny were the guests who had only torn off a sheet or two! Great and inexpensive game!

Cool baby shower game

I love this idea! The personlized toilet paper is so cute and funny. Using gag gifts at a baby shower could be a great way to liven up the party, especially if it’s coed.

Thanks for your idea!
