Disney baby shower

I think it would be cute for all the adults to dress up as Disney Characters. Have the whole party themed Disney. You can buy inexpensive baby shower favors with different Disney Characters.

This will give the mother (and everyone else) one last chance to be a kid again, before her own child comes!

Have all your guests dress up. You can go all out and buy costumes or just try and throw together something that looks like a Disney character. Use the costumes as a baby shower game and try to guess who everyone is!
