Nothing wrong with a joint baby shower NEW

Joint baby showers are very common in situations like yours. The only issue will be deciding on a theme, because you'll want your decor to match each other. I would just have one big cake, lots of food and decorations, and take turns opening the gifts for all of your family and friends to see.
