Pumpkin baby shower theme

We call my sisters baby pumpkin. Since she is due in December we are throwing the baby shower in October. We are getting pumpkins and putting those around for decorations. From there just get all fall related decorations, you can have a carving contest for the guest. Oh course we are having pumpkin pie.

Invitations
I went online and found a picture of a pumpkin. I glued those onto an envelope.. inside the envelope I pue a baby with all the shower information on him or her depending on what you are having.

On the gift table I put fake leaves and pumpkins on both ends. We got my sister a shirt that said my little pumpkin and an arrow pointing to her belly. For other decorations I printed out pictures of baby's in pumpkins and put those around the room.

for the favors we got bottles(get the ones that match the sex of the baby) and filled them with pumpkin seeds. The guest loved them.

Our pumpkin shower

I am hosting a shower for my daughter and since Grandpa thinks he does not know the sex of the baby we went neutral with.. Welome the little pumpkin.
I made pumpkin candles out of mason jars with decopaged orange yellow and red tissue paper, I then added one of those battery operated tea lites,I grouped them around a scarecrow and told each guest to take home a pumpkin from our patch. We played the baby food guessing game with all orange, yellow foods and I made pumpkin muffins and in addition to regular buffet foods. I also had little raffle cards made with pumpkins on them, the winner of the matching pumpkins got a set of fall kitchen towels.
I also had a glass pumpkin filled with candy pacifiers that the guests had to guess the number.
My decorations were all fall leaves and I had pumpkin scented candles burning. It was a blast
