Invitations

I am having a baby shower for my daughter. I spoke with her mother in law and because it will be in the winter and they live one 1/2 hours away we thought to each have our own shower.
Now should I invite her to my shower??

I would send her an ivitation just to be courteous. Since you live a few hours away from each other, she probably will not make it to the shower. But it would be a nice gesture if you send her an invite anyway. Just let her know that you understand that she is too far to travel, but you just wanted her to have an invitation.
