But one thing that I did for my sister-in-law when I hosted her shower was I used diaper wreaths and diaper baby carriages for the decoreations instead of paper stuf fyou have to throw away. It looked amazing (I was suprised how many comments I got on how creative I was) and ALL of the decorations were gifts that I gave to my sister-in-law (so they doubled as a gift and decorations) A great place to check out is www.creativebabydesigns.com they also have personalized bibs you can hang up instead of streamers. good luck and have fun.

Feb 18, 2010 No, you don't have to NEW by: Sonya Technically, your gift to the mom is the shower itself. If you have the funds and would like to get her something, you can. But, you are already doing a lot by hosting the baby shower for her.
