Baby shower party for male co-worker

Should we throw a baby shower for our male co-worker? I have always been to baby showers for female co-workers. Is this something we should do?

I say yes, if you think he would be into that kind of thing. but just make sure you stay away from too much girly stuff like pastel colors and cute baby favor. What you need to do is plan a "daddy baby shower". It's basically a traditional baby shower with a male twist to it. For example, if you are having food opt for buffalo wings, fries, chips, etc. instead of stuff like finger sandwiches. Most daddy showers use a sports theme, but this is not set in stone. Just make sure that whatever theme you chose, it will not be to "girly" for him to enjoy. If you're doing favors, do candy cigars or small beer mugs filled with candy.
