Baby showers for any child after the 3rd born are called "baby sprinkles". At these celebrations, you are sprinkling the baby and mom with the everyday baby needs like diapers, wipes, food, bathing stuff, etc. But, you will not be buying the big stuff like a crib, playpen, carseat, etc. Most likely, the mom already has this stuff from her first baby shower.
